Summary: We loved this hotel. It is a beautiful resort on a very nice beach. The service in all its areas was great because the whole staff was very nice. However, I would like to comment about a group of employees who really made the difference for being extremely polite, helpful and very accommodating. They were Bianca Guzman, Yameli Bello, Luz Mary Perez and Dany Acosta all from the Caoba Restaurant, Sauri Santana and Yeifri Jean (bartenders) and Ernesto Ortega from the enterteintment team.What a nice group of employees!!! Thank you all.
